Hitachi Window Air Conditioner
SERVICE CENTRE NOT ATTENDING TO CALLS

Dear Sir,

I purchased a hitachi window air conditioner with model no-RAV019EOD FROM ADITYA VISION OPP-TARAMANDAL PATNA, BIHAR, INDIA. ON 13 TH DEC 08.For the last one week i am calling the service centre about the servicing of my AC but to no effect. Everyday they say hat the person will visit tomorrow but one week has passed no body came to vist my home for servicing of my AC.When I asked about the booking no they say it is 4.The registration for servicing the AC is booked in the name of my father i.e. Sri Arjun Kumar Srivastava since i am in the office on working days. I have booked for servicing of my AC in SERVICE CENTRE PATNA, BIHAR, INDIA on the no-06123261975

Extreme Summer is passing on but i am very dissapointed to know that a prestigious international brand like Hitachi customer service is so poor.

I request you to get my A.C. Serviced at the earliest.
