Ice Jamming repetatively & Non-Cooling

I have purchased Hitachi 1.2 T Follow Me Model in feb from Sales India - Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, GUJARAT, upon 2nd Service, ICE JAMMING problems had started & repetatively coming into picture. Due to this, there is double power consumption & no cooling frequntly. As this is a NO PROOF issue & due to unexpected timings of ICE JAMMING, Hitachi is not ready to give me replacement. The Ahmedabad based Thaltej Service centre, Mr. Jagat Gajjar is a unprofessional man who do not have values & today I believe that Hitachi is going downgrade from this discussions with them by me. I am going to fight this with Consumer court shortly & find out a way positively.
