Poor service

Dear Sir,

I want to file a complaint against Hitatchi company for not providing service of my Air Conditioner on Time. I bought 1.5 tonne AC from NEXT store from Sector 31 Gurgaon on 16 may.(Model No RAV 0818EQD21). I was promised two free service within one year of warranty but their promise was not fulfilled. Till date no one has contacted us for service inspite of repeated complaints .they assured me that AC would be serviced by 4 may but no contact till 16 May. Today my Warranty period for Free service is grtting over so i request you to kindly file a complain against the company for wasting my time and energy.
