Battery not Recived

I have bought the pure from Hindustan lever ltd..at that time they assured me to get the timely service. On 27 June i called on custumer care for replacing the battery. He told me that they will send the person withinn 2 working days but nobody came. On 2 July again i called and agian got the assurance to get it in next day but nobody came. On next day i.e 5th i again called and again got assurance to get it next day. My customer id is 1927021354.kindly help me as soon as possible.i m waiting for your positive respose.
