Faulty DVD Playe

I have booked one Leonard DVD player on 16th May and found that retailer gives the faulty DVD Player. On the same day i have launched the complain to Mr. Suraj with complain no: 1537734 . He told me that you will get the new DVD player. After one day one technical person called me and told me to do some thing with the DVD connection and i do the same and found its still not working then he told me that he will send the courier person who will take the faulty DVD Player and then we will send New DVD player. I wait whole one week still not got any person for the replacement again i have call to HOMESHOP18 and asking for replacement then they again confirm that they will send courier person, we have wait till now and found that no body has come for replacement. Today again Call to HOMESHOP18, Mr. Hitest has attend me and said that we will not take you complain as you have crossed the six month period. i told him that i already launch the complain for the same still you have not sent anybody to replace the DVD player.
