One of our customers Mr. Antony Raj Francs has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order of IFB microwave on his blog posted on 9 th December.

The matter is taken up with IFB and instructed them to deliver to the customer as promised. Further, he has confirmed the receipt and satisfaction with the product.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
