Non delivery after submiting it for replacement bcoz of some technical fault duning warranty period

With reference to my order number 700975430 of Wespro Digi Cam model No. DS8060S was booking on 20/02 under name of Mr. Ankit Jain on www.homeshop18.com through my landline - 0141-2390265.
After 12 days I received my order through Blue Dart Courier, the cam which i got worked nicely for few days but after that suddenly it stop working even it doesn't ON after after some days which i complian in home shop 18, from there i got response to submit my cam in jaipur (where i live) on the address 18, bhuleshvar marg c-scheme, jaipur customer care to our customer represntative N.K Sharma (m-9829068014).
and i done that acordingly and they give me a receipt insuring that either it will get repair or get replace within 15-20 days as my cam was in warranty period otally different.
I am very disappointed of this kind of ghastly service. This is my first shopping on home shop 18 & got this kind of nastiest experience. I am suffering from this terrible experience because company system. Please change the system if customers will get into trouble & suffer.
please take the needful action and please me by returning my Wespro Digi Cam back
