One of our customers Mr. Karthik V has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for Panasonic Headphone Stereo Inside Phones Model No: RP-HV182

on his blog posted on 2 nd March.

Please note due to overwhelming response received for the product we have exhausted our stocks for the said product. Since the fresh stocks are not expected to arrive in the near future, we are refunding the order value vide Cheque number #826093 shipped to him through First Flight courier vvide Airwaybill Number ZD5698420 dated 10 th March.

We request you to treat this incidence as an exception and not as a yardstick to evaluate the quality of service we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
