Order still not Delivered after 24 day of payment

Hi,

My Order (Whirlpool Microwave with starter kit and reebok watch) is not delivered yet.

I had ordered on 8-Mar with complete payment at the time and today is 1-april, i am still waiting for my order delivery. What type of service you are providing to your customers??

This is too much of frustration I have ever received with any company. You do not care for your customers. Every time I call on your helpline, you guys told me that order will be deliever within 2-3 days... this is such a frustration one can't bear.

You guys told me that order has been shipped on 25th but today is 8th day after 25th!!

WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER???

I want my order to be delievered by today maximum, otherwise I need to take some legal action against Homeshop18 and team.
