Damaged product

Dear All,

I have purchased a digital camera from home shop 18. When i have received the product the battery and camera both are in damaged condition, At the same instance i called customer care and registered a complain. Then i had not received any reply till one month so again i called back to customer care and excutive told me to send the product back ot some address and i had folllowed the instruction.

After 10 days i received my camera back in the same condition with a letter mentioning that i have to return a product withine 30 days which i am not able to do ass i donnt know and company has not guided me to do that and they are asking for money to fixup the problems with camera and replace the battery

So ii suggest everybody before purchase of anything from hoomeshop18 please check the availibility of product in the market and it from open market instead of purchasing from homeshop18.
