Sent faulty product and dont taking it back

There is a company called as HomeShop18. They have own channel which is broadcasted on Airtel Digital service on 113 channel. I bought Microwavable utensil set. When I received it was tampered.

This channel claims to replcae it... if any customer receives product in broken or tampered condition, which is completely untrue. I am chasing them for more than 2 months now, but they come up with one or other excuses and not replacing the product.

I want to officially launch a complain against and want an action against them. I am sure... same thing is done to many customer.
