Defective material

I had purchased a 3 channel Steel Structure Helicopter with infrared remote on 09-06 from homeshop 18 order no:704080842 which was recieved through courier as defective piece and wen contacted on phone to the company

they said the complaint will be attended within 15 days but later on the refused to attend the complaint being answered that it is an electronic item and there is no waranty. The company is making Fool to consumers by selling the products by Tele Shoping network by giving Wrong advertisement. You are requested to take up the matter with the company to replace the product.
