Cancelation of orde

I have ordered a camcoder and an iron and they are delivered to me by our office colleque. On july 16, I ordered a vox mobile [ cost Rs. 3499] and they give me the order no which is 704499566 and they tell me that the mobile set will arrive with in next 7-8 days. After some days I never received the

mobile and I contract their toll free tele number 18001800918 and they said the stock was finished so the mobile set are not despatched and the order was cancel. Then I saw their ad in airtel dish tv channe no 113 and then I again talk with them for the above order. This time they told me that my address is far away from them. I asked them how did you despatch the previous two items and they now did not reply with reason.

I wonder with heir behaviour. I portest for their cheating advertisement in the airtel dish tv.

In this way they cheated many customers.

I want the right justice for illeagal adertiseent in the

above channel.
