I had placed an order online with HomeShop 18 on 15th May Ref Order Number – 903545387 for Samsung Camera

It was supposed to get delivered in 7-8 working days. Today I am writing this complaint on 27 th May and don't have clue about the delivery schedule. Home shop 18 makes a lot of false statements and mislead the customer. Their TV channel talks about the products getting delivered in 7-8 days and actual experience is very different.

My repeated follow up have gone unheard I must have called their call center 5 - 6 times in last one month and the experience was really bad, the executives were rude and every time I called I just go one standard response that it will be delivered in next 3-4 days.

Home shops 18 attitude is really very unprofessional, I really don't have a clue when the order will be delivered
