Hi,

This is Gunjan Sharma.

I had ordered an Olympus camera, which came with a free gift as advertised by the, so-called, reputed channel but they never delivered me the free gift.

Even the camera is not of good quality.

Now whenever I ask them to deliver it (free gift), they deliver it at some wrong address every time. Many a mails sent (from id gunjansharma007@gmail.com), minimum response, if any. The response, if any, just gives false assurances, takes my new address and again delivers it in wrong address. Dont understand what to do with these idiots. Sometimes I feel whether it is the tactics of the company to give unnecessary trouble to its customers.

Thinking to file a consumer case against the company.

Anyone reading this beware.
