Screen touch hangs /not functioning sometimes and battery back up low

I have purchased one DFell-xcd-28 mobile handsets from homeshop18 during the month of February. But after 4 months the screen touch hangs sometimes and not functioning after repeated touch. Its bttery back up also low. The mobile is under warrenty period. I had complain before homeshop by telephone /SMS since three months. They told the customer care will be contact you, but no one contact me till date regarding the defective mobile phone. I had also sent message through E.Mail to homeshop customer care and Dell customer care, but no one listen and call back or sent any message. I have mentally harassed now. The cost of phone I have paid to homeshop 18 is Rs.8699/-. The order No of the phone is -962094989 IMEI-355280040-163999. Please refund my money and take back the defectived mobile phone.
