Homeshop18 (microwave oven)
Didn't delivered in one month time

My name is Abhinav Singh. i gave a order for a microwave oven (Whirlpool 20 L Solo Mechanical Microwave with Reebok Watch and Starter Kit) on june 1st for which i paid them through credit card and it's order number was 703997196.

but homeshop18 didn't deliverd me till now as on 6th july. i kept on calling them during this time period. they always convay that "your order is deliverd and will get in 2 to 3 days".today on 6th july when i checked my mail i saw they cancelled my order without any notice and information. infact when i called them, then they told me that my order is cancelled.they are refunding me the amount.kindly tell me how can i take action against them for this harrasment which i faced for a month.
