Defective product

I had made payment for purchase of a blue tooth headset as specification given on the portal of the seller. The product supplied to me is a different and inferior one. The seller has adopted a good trick to tackle complaints. On the portal they have provision for making complaints /review. But if the review is negative in nature or about complaint of a product, the same is never published to be shown to public/other intending purchasers. They have not even given any e=mail for lodging any complaint, only available is toll free line, where the voice is recorded/removed as suitable to the company.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH THE SELLER.
