Defective mobile phone

I purchased vox vgs-507mobile phone from home shop 18.I have a problem about using internet on it. It shoes error in comunication while using internet. I contacted hs18 and they made me wait for a month.then I contacted vox servise centre (alpha radios). they told me that there all products (vgs-507s) are defective, these just show internet compatibility but actually it is fake these are not campatible and they also told me to wait for the software they had ordered and then to send my phone to them in order to add compatibility software in order to solve my problem.they made me wait a lot till now with no solution when i was about to purchase it HS18 told me that it will work directly but now they are not soving my problem. I myself is disable to go to Alpha Radios as it is so far from my area. I have a 2 months warranty remaining.

So, I want respective consumer forum to take action earliest and solve my problem.
