DELAY IN REPLACEMENT

Dear Sir,
Myself Mehdi Azad, I have brought a Yash-3 Led Tourch Light. They have send it to me after 7 days from booking. As soon as I received the same, tried to switch-it on. But unfortunately it would not work. Very next day I made a call to Homp-Shop-18.They have given me the TNT Courier number and told me to call they to pick up the tourch from me and send it back to Home-Shop -18 address (G-18, First Floor, GT Karnal Rd, Azadpur, Delhi-110033.
As per their instruction I have send it back to them and they have received the same on 5-May-12 (Received by Mr. Ram)
Again I made a call to Home-Shp-18 and they told me that the same will be delivered back to me with new one with in 7 days. But today is 14-May-12, and as per their commitment this is the 10th working day and they are asking me more time to send it back. They are just playing with the emotion of Customer.
If they are having some problem to send it back they are suppose to call me back and informed me, regarding the delay. But they are not doing that.when I call and told that if you people are not able to send the materilas to me then pls refund my money. I didnt get any concrete answer regarding this proposal also.
Below I am mentioning the order Number of Home-Shop-18, pls help me in this regards and pls take the proper action on Home Shop-18 so that they stoped playing with the customer's emotions.
