Poor sales service

I had purchased Koryo refrigerator from Big Bazaar Ambience mall Gurgaon. The fridge has manufacturing defect and were escalated to your authorized dealer in Gurgaon multiple times. (I contacted Mr. Sanjay Pawar and Rajesh Kumar Sharma and a lady).

Each time i was told that someome will visit your residence and no one turned up. Infact same thing happened today. I took my day off from my office to get the fridge repaired but no one turned up. I called the up the service centre every hour today and each time I was told that the engineer is on its way. At 8:00 PM in the evening today service centre owner stopped picking my phone.
