Paid full money but still no item not reached

I purchased a bathroom fitting on 28th Aug due for delivery before 13 September. Till 16th Sep there is no update. Also, the number 080-42075125 (Hometown) I am trying to reach from last 3 days, but nobody picks. Luckily on 14th once it got connected, and upon asking the status by providing my Advance receipt number (2087004135), they are not able to trace my order itself! And they took my mobile number and told they will get back, even that is not happening!!!
Better I get my money (complete amount) back rather than the item.
