Dealer is cheating custome

I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator from HomeTown (Ishanya mall) Pune. The dealer (HomeTown) sent me a display piece (instead of a packed one). Even after repeated follow ups, the dealer is not paying heed to the complaint and giving unacceptable reasons for not delivering the packed piece. When asked for the packed piece, they replied that it will take them another week to give me the replacement.

I have made the purchase using the finance option (from future finance). Therefore, even if I demand a refund and return the product, I will have to lose the processing fee unnecessarily.

The sales people (Dipak, Amit, Amol and even the department manager Deepak Adhikari) are masters at telling lies. They do not attend to customers' issues properly. For example, they had promised to send a technician to my place for the refrigerator installation within 48 hours of delivery. Even after 3 days, the technician has not come. I have had to face several problems (like wastage of food) due to unavailability of the refrigerator.

Since there is nothing I can do in this regard, I would advise others not to fall prey to the false promises made by these cheaters.
