Cordless steam Iron not working at all

I got a coupen in the refresments served by AIR India staff during my journey from Kolkata to Delhi AI-761. On scratching the coupen It was mentioned that I won Cordless steam iron and get it after paying Rs. 699/- at the AVA counter. I paid Rs. 699/- at the AVA counter at Delhi Airport but when I reached home and checked it it was not working at all. I am very disappointed and want to file a legal complaint against the AVA company and AIR India as well for this fraud. When I ring the call centre no. (011-47169800) mentioned on the receipt, no body had picked up the phone. I am feeling very cheated and in deep anguish.
