Samsung Coil Roll Not in the packet AC box

Dear Sir,

We purchased - Sam sung -Air Conditioner -4 nos for Our Hotel from Girias Anna nagar Show room - on 05.11.10 - delivery delay and installation persons opened and fixing AC at our Hotel in Ranipet, He found one AC Box there is no Coil Roll that time we informed Girias show room at Annanagar we did't get proper reply and solution still one AC not fix, others fixed. why we purchased your shop, several my friend in my blog, and face book they referred your showroom is for customer's satisfaction supporters. please kindly arrange and send the above product to our hotel as soon as possible, We are waiting for your reply, we also get some more AC for Our Hotel
