Rate difference

Dear SirMadam,

I brought a mobile phone G900 from Hotspot mayur vihar branch on 15 January at price 13000. They said me the rate comes from its head office and will be same at every place.

Second day, when I brought it to my office, one of collegue had also purchase the same from another hotspot shop at rupees 11300 on 13 Dec which Reebok T-shirt free.

Just a day after or two on 16 and 17 Jan I verified prices at different places and I found it 10500 at Saini Enclave (Laxmi Nagar) and Model Town.

I went to Mayur vihar shop keeper and said the same. On this, he said, the rate fluctuate on daily basis as supply - demand basis and now we have the same thing selling at 11200 rupees just after 2 days.

Also, talking with its head office in sector 63, noida, they could not help me.

I believe that this is direct cheating. Please help me out what I should should do.

I never suggest anybody to purchase anything from hotspot.
