Mis-selling of Samsung Ace 5830

This is to bring to your notice. that i had purchased a mobile phone Samsung ace 5830 from one of your hotspot stores located in punjabi bagh central market delhi on 24-feb, on comparing the some phones, my main area of concern buying the phone was a good megapixel camera with flash light and a higher mhz processor with a front camera for video caling. since most of the android phones were lacking in these areas on discussing the same with one of the attendants mr. Rashid i was shown ace5830 which was well in my budget also. i was impressed with the features and bought the phone. some 2-3 days later i enquired the setting for using the front camera i was told it will activate only when you will use the video calling feature. this sounded little odd and quickly got a 3G services activated. and to my worst thoughts the front camera neither worked this time also. and when i enquired again on this at the dealership i was told that this set does not have any such feature.

i intend to take this matter further with consumer court if corrective action is not taken at the earliest waiting to hear on this from you
