Bad service

I have purchased a Nokia N-73 mobile phone from your hotspot retail store, saini encalve new delhi 110092. with Invoice No. 265103713 with addtional care pack on 2-9. last month i had some problems with my phone so gave it to your Saini enclave hotspot store for repair under the care pack. they told me it will take atleast 1 week to be repaired i agreed and gave my phone to them. After 1 week they returned me my phone telling me it has been repaired. But when i checked it had the same problems as it had earlier i.e (phone hangs, noise of somthing broken inside the phone, volume keys not working, memory card slot not working, sim card registration failed, insert sim card like messages etc...).

After 2 days i again gave my phone to the same store for repair telling them i was repaired last time. that time too they told me it take 1 week. After 1 week when they returned me my phone same problems were still there i.e (phone hangs, noise of somthing broken inside the phone, volume keys not working, memory card slot not working, sim card registration failed, insert sim card like messages etc...).

Then for the third time also i gave my phone for but still the same old story nothing happened i got my phone the same problems.
