Epairs incomplte, warrantee period expired during transition

Not completing complaint of e71 nokia set given during warranty, on checking, other problem had arisen which could not be informed due to my movement. on reaching at ahmedabad, authorised service centre informed that last date of warrabnty has expired though given on the last date of warrantee. i dont have complain against ahmedabad but with delhi service centre because they added to the problems when set was given during warranty period and the centre given it without checking. the problem is that when i dial a number or letter on board, there appear a number of repeated letter or number. set is costly but service is poor and less friendly.
