Officejet 6500 wireless printer problem since purchase

Dear Sir,

I have purchased HP Officejet wireless printer from M/S Shri Chand Computers Pvt. ltd. Janak Puri New Delhi 110058 vide Invoice no. SCC/010/011/0052079 dt. 09.01.11 with Printer serial no.

TH07E1301F, Since the day of purchase i am not able to configure the wireless printer with my wireless laptop of HP ie model ProBook 6450B,

I have contacted local Bathinda dealer for solution but did not get any solution than i have register online complaint and they in turn not able to solve my problem. I am very much harrased by the attitude of HP company. Hope you able vto extend some help.
