Hp deskjet 9808
Parts not available

Sir,

Unfortunatly we had bought hp deskjet 9808, which is out of warranty. While facing problem of carriage return, authorised service centre [Radington at Jabalpur] straight way denied to repair, saying related parts

are not available. In local market also facing problem regarding availibily of spare parts.

Connecting to hp call centre they are also making us fool by wondering us here & there while providing us

new telephone number all the time for getting connect to next section and getting rid of their duties.

IF THIS IS THE SITUATION...

SHOULD RELATED PRODUCT IS TO BE THROWN AWAY AFTER SPENDING PLENTY OF MONEY

OR

IN FUTURE WE SHOULD STOP BUYING ANY HP PRODUCT AND SUGGEST OTHER'S ALSO
