To whosoever it may concern

We are milestone international have purchase a HP Deskjet Printer Model No K209a (with 2 years extra warranty) from Cromo Malad on 22nd August invoice no 102 454413 registered by the name of milestone international tours and travel.

This is to inform you that as per the below description our printer was not working from last 13 of January we also lounged a complaint on the same day (complaint no 102/13011/printer & office solution 14/919) but we didn;t receive any response from their side as we have complaint 3-4 times within a week we have also complaint to infinity retail LTD at andheri office they have support us a lot regarding the said complaint but even they did'nt got any response as per the complaint from HP till today (28.01.2011)
