HP DJ 1050 AIO
Repair PRoblem

This is to inform u that I had purchased a HP printer No HP DJ 1050 AIO on 4 Dec From Date Care Corporation, Wanwadi Branch, PUne, which is under warrently period of exchange. The printer had a problem of using extra ink when taken to the DCC centre from where I purchased the product.

Today I got the call from DCC saying that it cannot be considered for EVEN REPAIR as the upper lid of the scanner was broken. I requested them to repair it and dont EXCHANGE it. BUT they are not considering it for the same also. Till now I have invested nearly 2000 rupees for buying printer cartriges and number of copies I got in exchange of the same was nearly 80-90 which was too costly.

Hence I request u to kindly take some relevant action against them and please help me to solve my probelm.
