Aquaguard (Booster model)
Carbon particals comes at out put

I purchased Aquagaurd (Booster model) on 12th of FEB. instalation was done on 13th Feb & from the same day, Carbon particals are visible.i had made complaint many times.

Engineer came twice, but unable to solve this problem. He told us the "NET ON THE CAP OF CARBON CYLINDER" is brocken & since this is new model company is not having spare parts. "Hence whenever we will get part we will fix it."

till today 3rd APRIL 08 my complaint is still pending. I called service center many times but i got assurance that it will be solved within 24hrs/48hrs. i called corporate office also but, no result so for. one area salse manager told us to drink this water. According to him these black particals are MINRALS.
