Non delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

I am complaining 3rd time now.this is related to non delivery of gas cylinder after refilling my customer no. is 611865 and my dealer is HANUMAN GAS AGENCY 18-9-9/47/4, Keshavgiri. Chandrayana Gutta.and Dealer no. is 516050.

I am facing a lot of problem due to this, kindly look into the matter.
