No engineers coming to rectify the default in TV

Myself sanchita. I made a complain regading Television. No signal is coming in My TV. So made a complain on Last satureday (4th sep 2010). Almost 10 times i made call on each number (01130308282, 9654700911 and 9654700901). Every time they told today engineer will visit ur place, but still no one came. I am facing same issue several times regarding my washing machin and freez (all are samsung products). Now i am not going to tell any body to buy samsung product. Its services are very poo
