Unwanted things with dbc connection

Hi, I have already got a LPG Domestic gas connection with a single cylinder in year 2007 from dealar (Dis.code-724379) of pindwara dist-sirohi (Rajasthan). I requested for DBC and dealer say that it will be charged Rs. 2500 (with unwanted things as Tea, Lighter, apron etc which not needed me). I want to get confirm the charges of second cylinder with all thing? Please reply.
