HP Gas Cylinder
Defective

Sir/madam,

I am a custmer of hp gas cylinder vide my consumer no.604394 of Indradeep Agencies, 36 Mahavir Shopping Centre, Agra Road, Kalyan (W), Distributor code 95983-0, and one no. gas cylinder has been delevered to my home at 209 sabarmati, lokgram complex, kalyan (E) on 25 feb. Yestarday, during given connection to the gas oven, it is found that the gas is leaking from regulator. I stopped the connection and on 05 mar, I complained to the agencies for inspection. one so called service mechanic came and found that the rubber washer inside the nipple of the cylinder not properly seated. he rectified the same but charged Rs.60/- as service charge which i paid. I understand that it is quality control problem of the company and I need not to pay any service charge.

It is, therefore, requested to investigate the matter and reply in the e-mail address.
