Pesting of screen glass on top pannel

I had purchased Sony Ericssion mobile hand set C 510 (Chassis No.35204503553011) from VIJAY SALES KHARHAR BEACH at NAVI MUMBAI on 18.05.09 .

Their bill referance : 17-KH05-09CSI 343 dt.18.05.09.

In the month of September 09 I observed that pesting of screen glass is coming out and I could see some type of liquid or adhisive on the border of screen glass. I would like to mention that this hand set is not damaged due to falling or faulty handleing.

I approached Vijay Sales with hand set and showed them the problem. They said they can't help me to forward the complain to Sony Ericssion even though the hand set is under warenty. They asked me to visit customer care center called KAYZER TELECOM at Vashi Navi mumbai. (address BSEL tech park, A/108, Opp vashi Railway station, Navi Mumbai 400703. Contact No.9821160515)

I approached KAYZER TELECOM about 15 days back on 28th Sept.09 . After checking the hand set Mr. Javed told me that top pannel will have to be replaced which will take time of about 2 to 3 weeks as the same is not in stock. This replacement won't be covered under warenty and I will have to pay the cost of pannel which will be about Rs.1000 to Rs.1200.
