My Simple problem is, I am not able to geotag my photos. Its not working only in my handset

"Our Technical Team will contact very soon", I have been hearing this since last one month. Every time I get a call I have to explain everything from beginning and fight for convincing them that it is a problem with camera application. I am not sure why even HTC technical team is not educated enough to understand this straight forward problem. No matter how much you misguide and try to deliberately confuse with footprint (as Vishal n Junaid and Nikhil all did in past) I am not going to close this problem at all. You might want to escalate to higher management, otherwise these things will be dragged to months without any progress and finally you will say warranty is over. I am also not sure why do you try to close this without any solution every time. Why was 10INCW40ENA000249 and 10INCW38ENA000066 case opened without solving this one? HTC is being really irresponsible.
