No proper resolution of complain

I had purchased HTC - Wildfire S on 27-07 and within a month my touchscreen was not working properly and pursuant to that i had filed complaint with customer care in HTC before a week, the concerned person was about to send me the complaint no. through e-mail but i have not received any of such mails from your side. I also went to service centre located at DADAR in MUMBAI for this purpose but i havent received any response yet.

This people are also not giving proper response and saying it to me that we will call you back by tomorrow but i haven't received any call yet and it is almost 10 working days since i have complained and i want this resolution to be taken as soon as possible as i am facing a huge problem without my cell phone.
