HTC Desire HD

I had purchased HTC Desire HD on 27th December from flipkart.com via order no OD01223190005 .

Within 7 months of its usage, it developed a snag wherin the touch went completely dead. The same was repaired from HTC's service center in July (receipt attached).

Now, again the phone has developed a snag, wherein the entire phone has gone dead. I am surprised, that how can a high end phone bought for INR 27, 500 can develop a snag within one year of its usage.

I have used a HTC mobile previosuly also, which lasted for good 3 years. Based on previous expereince of using HTC mobile, I chose HTC Desire HD over iPhone.

I expect better products and service from a company like yours.

I request you to please repair the phone free of cost, as the product itself is faulty from the beginning.
