HTC Desire
Failure of phone after 1 week

Hi,

My name is Anup T Paul. I bought an HTC Desire on 24th Dec.

On 31st Dec, the phone stopped working in middle of using an application downloaded from the android market. I tried all the possible methods given in troubleshooting guide, but the phone shows no signs of life even when plugged to a charger.

I work at infosys and this has affected my work because of the difficulty in contacting me using the mobile.

What actions can I take and what are the steps I can do here?
