Music quality distortion on earphones when srs enhancement is switched on

Music quality on my htc explorer gets distorted to great extent hearing through earphone when are enhancement is switched on. A pitch patch annoying sound between beats are produced. I have bought dis phone 2 months ago. I am facing dis problem since starting day. Initially I thought there must be sum problem with songs quality but dis is not so. I am facing dis problem with every song. Now m really upset with dis problem. Please tell me what to this.
