HTC Incredible S
Faulty HTC Incredible S handset

Hi,

This is to inform you on my experience with HTC Incredible S and the support provided to me on the same.

I had bought a HTC Incredible S in the last week of March. And from since then, I have been having issues with the handset. The major issues came to light in June when the phone started having signal drops and automatic disconnections. I had taken this handset to the service center almost 6-7 times till now and everytime I only get an unrepaired handset back. I have spoken to a lot of people in customer care but till now no resolution has taken place.

This is one of the most worst product with the most sucking support. My recommendation is that please don't buy this product.
