Faulty Handset

I bought a ' smart' model of HTC mobile on 13th Aug from Home Bazar - GIP MALL . The next day - the handset starts malfunctioning and immediately returned to the home Bazar people - they claim that they had sent it HTC service centre for some repair - but its been a fortnight now with no news regarding my mobile handset

This is pathetic first of all on HTC part to not to hear the complaints of the consumers. I strongly recommend people - not to buy handsets of cheaters like HTC and all and only go for brands like Nokia and samsung - as these guys atleast know their repute is at stake.
