Not satisfied with service

I got a htc wildfire phone with imei no;359465046055168,

i bought on 15th march..it came in with a faulty ear phone jack..so i gave to service centre on 8th may and got it back after 20days with yet another problem... i ve been tryingto get to customer care authorities but they are least bothered

please help, the service being offered by htc service center india is so lousy and irrespononsible
