GPRS

Dear Sir,

I, Jatinder Verma have been using the HTC P3400i Model for the last 1 years and several months.

I have subscribed for GPRS facility from Reliance GSM.

But I am not able to access GPRS so far. I have talked to customer care of HTC & Reliance.

But none of them is assisting me and they are putting the blame to each other.

Kindly resolve the issue so that I can enjoy the facility of GPRS.
