Toch screen is not working

I puchase the htc mobile in july that mobile give the problem that screen is not working i submitted that mobile to service centre, they did the repair and they give me back.but now again the same problem occured again i send the mobile to service centre the speaker cover are droped some where

the servie centre person told us b'coz of that warranty is not covered

they are charging me to repair that mobile.
