Malfunctioning of Mobile

I am an ardent fan of samsung accesories. I have samsung T.V. Samsung fridge, Samsung camera and a Samsung M620 mobile.

I purchased the above mentioned mobile from one of your authorised dealer in Kolkata, on 19/07/08. The name and address of your dealer is as follows:

This mobile is malfunctioning for last three months. But since its garauntee period is over I paid Rs.850.00 to the dealer to make it operative. But it is still not functioning properly.

I am pleading to the Company, to see this matter seriously and help me to repair my favourite mobile. I think the Company will take care of its faithful consumer.
